Need Magento Developer team (2 - 3 persons)

Hello guys,

We are in some projects relate to magento shop for UK customers. We need a team around 2-3 persons work together well and work with our current local team here. Job description quickly as below:

- Work freelance: 4 - 6 hours/day (Mon to Fri)
- Monthly salary: ~$1000 (we can talk about this)
- English: good (talk and writing)
- Experience: 2 years working with magento (need portfolio)

High salary. I wonder how you can manage your developers team :-? , I always have trouble in managing remote developers

cause the difference of time zone, culture, working style, language...especially Indian Developers
