We are going to close company Gmail accounts and open new Microsoft accounts.
Right now we access the google analytics, google webmaster tool, google my business using Gmail account, My question is
1. If we are closed the accounts of how we are going to access these tools.
2. If we shared the admin access to Microsoft id it will help to log in or not.
3. If we use a non-Microsoft email address(means our existing mail id ) and same password to create your Microsoft account, it will help to login or not.

If this Gmail closed in the sense is I can able to access the tools using deleted mail id or not.

In my opinion you will need gmail account to access google products like web master tools and google analytics, so it is not a good idea to completely delete the gmail account, because with deleting it you can lose your webmaster tool and google analytics account.
