check this factors in your site :
1. Robots.txt file excludes that page/folder by mistake.
2. URLs contain excluded parameters.
3. Content that is inadequate or duplicate of other pages
4. Not enough inbound links to trickle interest deep into the site
5. No link to that page exists on an indexed/cached page
6. Navigation that cannot be indexed.

It's possible google could have problems with the sitemap. You could try using one of the other methods google suggests for validating your site. First you'd need to 'un-validate' the site in webmasters. You might even have to remove the site from the list and add it back in again. I remember that one of the known issues (at least with 1.5.x) is multiple ... but other than that I don't remember much issues related to opencart.
