Multi Currency and Multi Store

I'm running a Multi Store with different currency for each store. I want the customers from a specific location or country to be redirected to a store and the others to be redirected to other stores. Can this be done? any readymade extension available for this function

Do you want the solution for Magento 1 or Magento 2? We have an extension that automatically detects users location and send them to pre-defined store views. The predefined store view can have locally optimized content such as products, currency and languages.
