Yes, keyword density is matter while google come for crawling, at that google check how many time keyword put on single content or page, if your page contain too many keywords on a single page, then google consider as a spamming page. So keyword density is important factor in SEO on-page activities.

If you were involved in SEO in the 1990’s or early 2000’s, you know that keyword density was a hot topic. Webmasters and SEOs regularly calculated the ratio of keywords to the total word count of a given page. The idea was that there was some ideal keyword density of any page, and that when a particular page reached this number, it would have a better chance of ranking for that specific keyword.
Sadly, this actually worked much of the time. Search engines were still in their infancy, and were tricked relatively easily. This is why keyword stuffing, as it came to be known, was such an effective strategy.
Google changed all that with various algorithm updates, including Panda, which began penalizing sites abusing this tactic. Most marketers are now aware that keyword stuffing is not only ineffective, but that it can result in a manual action against their entire site. However, many marketers and writers still struggle with whether or not keyword density still has a place – even a small one – within SEO. Is there an optimal density that guarantees you’ll rank better for a given keyword? Should we even be calculating keyword density at this point? And if not, how do keywords fit into web-based content?
This article will explore these questions and more.
First things first: Do keywords still matter?
Before we talk about keyword density, it’s important to first consider the role and importance of keywords in 2016. What role do specific keywords play in organic search rankings? Have long-tail keywords made individual keywords obsolete?
To put it simply, keywords do still matter in 2016. Chances are they’ll always matter, to an extent. However, as search engines have become more sophisticated, they have started putting far less emphasis on specific keywords, and more emphasis on the meaning or intent behind those keywords.

Yes, Keyword density matters. But it doesn’t mean that you start believing: the higher the keyword density, better it is. Nor does it mean: having an exact % of keyword density is perfect for any website.

Hi Everyone...
Keyword density formula. Keyword density can also be calculated as a specific figure, should you need to. To determine the keyword density of a webpage, simply divide the number of times a given keyword is mentioned by the total number of words on the page – the resulting figure is the keyword density of that page.
Thanks..

Catchphrase thickness is the level of the occasions a watchword shows up on a page separated by the all out number of words in that page. So if in an article of 100 words you are utilizing your catchphrase multiple times, your thickness will be 10%. Numerous individuals utilize various recipes to compute catchphrase thickness.
