Magento Minimum Quantity Error

I have taken over the administration of a Magento site.

For one of the products I have created I get the error "The minimum quantity allowed for purchase is 0.1" when trying to purchase under a kilo form the frontend (a kilo is 1 in the system). So even though I am choosing a quantity that is equal to or above the 0.1 I keep getting the error for that product. I have attached images that show how I have set the minimum quantity in the backend for the product.
