Duplicate Meta tag for configurable product

I work on an ecommerce website which contains products which differ by its size. We set this as configurable product with different SKUs at back end. But in Google webmaster gives duplicate Meta tag error for that product. How to fix it?

You can check to see if you have duplicate meta descriptions and titles by logging into your Google Webmaster Tools->Search Appearance->HTML Improvements.

[Store_Manager]

You can submit your store to Google and wait once it is indexed to see errors. Or you can use Diagnostics tool of Store Manager for Magento. Open Diagnostics, Run Duplicated Meta Titles or Meta Description Diagnostics. You will see products with duplicated meta data.

Export results, change exported data and Import it back. Note that in order to make data unique you can add at least one unique word, so I’d recommend to use short description and manufacturer name for this field (you can combine them on-the-fly for this field right during import from Store Manager app).
