My site is ranking well for local keywords ex keyword which contains city name I it. But now I want to rank it for global keywords so what can I do?

Well, it will be more difficult to rank for global keywords. Generally speaking I would recommend:
- Write high quality content (probably you should think about blog if you don't have one). It can be blog articles, infographics, videos(!)
- Collect backlinks (high quality of course)
- Use your keyword in URL, page description, h2, h3 (if there are such)
- Promote your site through social media channels
