Display Customer Attribute in the Promotion section

We can able to bring the Custom attributes(In catalog section) in the Promotion page by "Use for Promo Rule Conditions". Is it possible to bring the custom attributes ( created under customer) in the Promotion page ?

please suggest.

Customers > Customer Segments create a new segment choose name then save and continue edit . now you can put your rules here.

In magento enterprise two steps is required

1, In the back end go to customers > customer segments and create a new segment.

Choose a name, the websites it should be active on and make sure it's active ,Now save and continue edit it and add conditions.

2, Now go to promotions > shopping cart price rule in the top menu and create a new rule.

Magento Shopping Cart Promotion Rule for Product with Custom Options of the Shopping Cart Price Rule edit screen you will see a screen like the one shown below. condition that would allow us to have a Cart Item Attribute condition, and change it so that it can be viewed in the promotional part.
