" Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted" on saving catalog price rule

I am using Magento EE 1.14.2, In that admin panel, trying to create a new rule in Catalog price rule section, I am getting the blank screen and getting the error message in the server log

"PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /var/www/html/qa/api/lib/Varien/Object.php on line 344, referer: http://mywebsite.com/index.php/admin/promo_catalog/edit/id/7/key/88744b20d5b8d781573a45e2e9db922808be5065e18e2bf52b 7b019b2dbd1ee1/"

Please let me know what will be issue, why is showing memory exhausted. Already memory increased to 1024 MB.
