Should I or should I not change my Magento desktop website to responsive theme?

Hi,
I was told that my desktop website curvysea.com doesn't have responsive theme (even though it's mobile friendly), should I or should I not change the desktop site to responsive? If I should, do I need to change the Homepage layout or can I keep the layout as it is?
