Meta Name NOODP is used to to tell search engines not pick description and Title from your listing at dmoz.org This meta will be written as <meta name=”robots” content=”noodp”>.

And Same for NOYDR is to tell robots not pick snippets from Yahoo directory and tag is

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOYDIR>

You can combine both as

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOYDIR,NOODP">.
