Customers unable to log on using Chrome

hi,

I can log onto admin using chrome and log on as user to the the frontend with firefox and IE but not chrome. It just reloads the page with no error message.
I was able to log on before but since then i have upgraded the website from 1.9.1 to 1.9.2 because of the security patches. Also I have replaced all my products so I really don't want to go back to an old build and have to re-add all the products.
When I use my dev build without ssl I can log on using chrome.
If I go to the page using incognito window i can log on
I edited app/code/core/mage/customer/controllers/accountcontroller.php line 173 to enable logging loggon exceptions but none are showing up.

and I set my unsecure url to https to make all content secure

Issue Fixed

Setting the unsecure url to https caused the issue. I'd read online that if you do this google will give your website a higher ranking. It worked with 1.9.0-1 but with 1.9.2 it stopped chrome users logging on
