transactional emails not working in CE 1.9 any ideas?

system>transactional emails>new template>load template doesnt work it just spins and spins nothing gets loaded i'm concerned that all transactional emails arent working!!! CE 1.9 any ideas?

I think your magento meet some problem in system. The email function should work well in magento CE1.9
