Tier price not shown correctly Magento 1.9.1.0

Hello,

I installed Magento 1.9.1.0 and made some simple products what are not visible on the webpage.
I use and configurable product that connects the simple products.

I set the price for all all the products to 2,75 euro
and a tier price from 5 or more to 2,45 euro

It shows it first correctly on the webpage:
Koop 5 voor € 2,45 per stuk. en bespaar 11%

When I click on the product (for example colour black) It shows"
Koop 5 voor € 2.752,45 per stuk. en bespaar 1%

Additional information: It doesn't happen when I use a fresh install of magento with there sample data (US Dollar).

But when I use a fresh install without any sample data and currency is EURO (Netherlands) , then it happens.

Maybe a php setlocale problem?

You can try Magento Percentage Tier Price extension by BSSCommerce:
The extension extends default Magento Tier Price function by allowing admins to define tier prices as a percentage.
