POS/Inventory management extension/software help please

Hi,
I am after some advice on what plug in/extension/program to use for my retail magento site. I would like it to be able to perform the following.
- Invoice
- Supplier purchase entries (Enter a suppliers invoice and all stock/quantities/pricing will be updated)
- Re-order reports categorized by sort group or supplier
- Sort products into specific groups (categorising: e.g shoes/pants/hats etc)
- General POS and inventory functionality
- Manage accounting. E.g Supplier purchases/owing etc

Tried quickbooks and it was useless
