It's hard to say how to make a quality site. There's form and there's function. Below are some comments on its form:

Switch to a more appealing color scheme. The current one is a bit dull. this is on the HTML and the Flash.
Using Firefox, your boxes above the arrows all overlap. Are you using CSS? If so, might be placing the images atop each others.

The tool tips as dialog boxes seem sort of silly, imo.
