How to mention H1 Tag for the content having no heading?

One of my client's website is about a dental clinic. Now, the homepage has some content written about the clinic without any heading. However, the content has one relevant keyword which is "seo center" within the content. So i was thinking to point the keyword "seo center" as H1 which falls in between the content. Is it a good idea, or will be considered as a black hat technique?

you can always makes a heading like "Welcome to Best Dental Care Soluton"
H1 within content is absurd. Although there is no enough evidence of it hurting the rankings but If I were you, I wouldn't take that chance

The heading should be something that could catch the attention of the visitors as far as I know. You can include the "seo center" on the heading title but I don't think it will do anything on the ranking though. Let the article have all the keywords needed and let the H1 have its own.
