I want to create a medical site by me no professional web developer. For this I want to know which is best joomla, Magneto and wordpress. I have a free site on blogger but I want to migrate it to my own domain. Any idea which is easy to create a site on joomla, Magneto or wordpress.

Both Joomla, WordPress and Magento are good. But with a medical site, I think it would be better if you go for Joomla.
