Different types of shiping costs

Hi,

I am new to this forum. Hello everybody!
I am working in an IT development office and we were just setting up a Magento shop for a customer. This customer now wants a special feature and we are not sure if there is a way (besides programming it ourself) to fulfill that companys needs.
The consumer normally has to pay 8,50€ for shipping.
Our customer gives the consumer free shipping when the price for all items in the shopping cart exceeds 300€. That is no problem for us to set up.

Now to our problem: That is what our customer wants:
If the shopping cart contains a certain product (in this case any of the cooling devices which the shop has to offer) the free shipping shall beginn with 350€ instead of 300€.

Can anyone help? Is a feature like this part of Magento?

There is as such no build in feature in Magento, but we can do it. Let me know which shipping Method you are using.
