I designed magento theme with the help of TemplateToaster generator. The theme was just fine but I am not able to find the documentation to how to config mega menu on my website, some hour's ago i posted the same question on their forum but still don't get any reply.

Do anyone here familiar with all these problems?

I think something like this, you need to contact TemplateToaster to support you since they do by their engine. Other than that, I think a magento theme should have the standard structure with inherit workflow from core magento theme.

Did you visit their documentation page? they clearly mention the steps to configure the menus. http://templatetoaster.com/magento
