Reindex Data process failed - Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted

Hello readers,

Magento 1.9, installed on VPS.

I have problem with reindexing "Catalog URL Rewrites".

1. See picture
2. When want to reindex I get this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 74 bytes) in /.../app/code/core/Mage/Catalog/Helper/Product/Url.php on line 129

3. I set up memory limit in php.ini and .htaccess to use more then 256kB, typically 1M

But the problem is still here.

I think the problem is in import products, some part of import. But I really dont know how to solve this.

I am using Mass Importer for products and have about 7 000 products in database.

It 's try to increase more memory. In another way, you can use command line to re-index by this article http://magento2x.com/reindex-magento-via-command-line/
