Shopping cart Price Rules cant add new rule!

Hi Everyone,

I am struggling with my magento installation. When i go to my shopping cart price rules tab and try to add a new rule. NOTHING shows up or loads on the screen. It is blank. I have uploaded an image below so you can see what I mean:



I dont know why nothing is showing up at all. I really need to be able to add a new rule so that i can create my own coupon codes.

Check your browser console for any JS error. Also make sure the admin files are uploaded completely.

Thanks for your replies, I am very new to magento and i dont even know where do i check the log files? Could you point me in the right direction?
