Unable to install the theme on web server?

I have designed a Magento theme using a theme generator. Everything is fine but feeling unable to install the theme on my web-server. I have checked with the developers but everything is fine on there end.

Could this be a PHP version issue? Any suggestion?

Which theme generator you are using? Can you post the error message here?

Upload the theme to server and change the Package and theme from System > Configuration > Design.

Thank you guys.
I am using TemplateToaster. I have solved this issue. Actually I have exported WordPress theme instead off Magento theme. Latter I export Magento theme and it worked like a breeze.
