Magento 1.9.x - Call static page from the top menu

Friends, I scanned the forum and found nothing about it.
 
I am new in magento environment and have a doubt that for many here must be basic.
 
I created one category and a static page and I am unable to call this page from the top menu.
 
Already understand about static blocks, pages and categories, just could not link my static page the category that I created and appears in the top menu.
 
Already shifted and did several tests with the manager links, but could not.
