I have a site which sells shoes. I have installed quite a lot of Magento extensions and currently looks for a new one that can solve my problem.

I usually have a Facebook ads campaign targeting male. I want to give special discount to this group of customers. I have used remarketing ads of facebook and Google Adwords for this group of customers. However, I don't have a specific landing page for this campaign so I want my site to appear a popup for this group of customers. It means only the group can see the discount popup, others don't. I have searched for solutions and my nearest result is the visitor segmentation extension from Magestore:


But it seems like this is a new extensions so I'm not sure. Does anyone know any good extensions that can solve my problem?
