Mini Cart Error

The minicart feature on my website is not working correctly,
When I add an item to the cart and try to remove item using the mini cart the remove button doesn't work, also if I try to change quantities it doesn't adjust unless the whole page is refreshed. Can you take a look at my site and see if there is anything wrong with the coding - www.posie.co.uk

Check this file

And please tell me if you see this line

$this->getResponse()->setBody($output); 

Then change to

$this->getResponse()
->clearHeaders()
->setHeader('Content-Type', 'text/xml')
->setBody($output); 

Now, clear cache and try again if it work
