Magento Save Problem

Recently i can't save anything in Database from magento admin panel. It hangs on "Please Wait" popup when i click on save and continue. Anybody have idea about it?

You may meet one of these problems

1. Database not index fully: let 's re-index all and clear all cache

2. Database out of size: please check if your database size is too big

3. Database error happen: please export and import to another database

4. Check the report file to see what 's going on and please tell me here

1. Ran a full index and cleared cache.
2. Hosting company said they didn't set any limitation to mySql.
3. Got this report in error log "DEBUG (7): cpid:" which is generated by "organic internet for configurable product". It shows with each save. I think it is normal.
4. Where i'll perform export/import? PHP Myadmin or Magento admin?
Still behaving same.

Help will be much appreciated.

Sometimes browser shows "No data received" after 1-2 minutes
