personal page with my product collection but not view the elements in left column

hi,
i have create a new cms page, in this page i connected a block with a personal product collection. The list of product is shown correctly in front-end. In this cms page is set a left column but in frontend the column is empty. In the site navigation category the left column contain the attributes filter for product collection and other elements. I would like view this elements in left column of my personal cms page. thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.
