MT COlinus theme - installation issue

Hi there

Got an issue with the http://colinus.joomvision.com/ template.
I tried to install it 4 or 5 times, but the store doesn’t look like that demo at all.
Please have a look: http://jardin-deco.com/

So, 2 issues.
1. I followed the installation guidelines closely. What I get, though, is only that ugly website. Perhaps I should delete all the files and start from scratch? I mean to install the template pack onto the default version of Magento store.ld
Would that help?
2. Would the newly installed template look just like the demo after I put it on the FTP?

I think you didn't follow all of steps to install or at least you didn't install the steps about homepage and static block. Basically, you activate the right theme but the instruction should have information about detail html of blocks and page for you. Maybe some more layout configuration.
