Magento EE already has event full page cache solution built in.

for magento community there is a good one and it is free - Zoom Full Page Cache

it has its issues and it has no support from the developer but overall it does the job fine and the speed up is visible.

I think Zoom Full page cache will work better than lestifpc but belong to your theme, some theme require some special teak to make it work. But the good thing is they are all work well with siteground magento hosting package and their supercacher tools.
