Page link error!

Hello everybody.I hope you are all fine.

I am trying to link a simple CMS page that I made to navigation bar.I have followed instructions given here:
http://www.magentocommerce.com/knowl...navigation-bar

but in the very last of this :
In the Target Path field, type the URL for the page link.

everything goes wrong because I do not know that how to get the url of the page link.

please tell me that how can I get my url of page link

<your domain>/<URL key>

ok but magento is installed on wamp server and url key is:my-computer then what will be the url of page link.

thank you my problem has solved, i have found that if i simply give url-key in target path field then it works fine in wamp server.
