Magento blank theme errror.

Hello Dear,

I am trying to install magento blank theme(http://connect20.magentocommerce.com..._Default_Blank) but it gives me this error(please see below) in magento connect,can you tell me that what is the right way to install blank theme to magento(I have alredy sample theme installed and I am trying to install blank theme too):

As you see, there are a widget files exists and it can't override. You can delete it first if you make sure the override work well.

Simply delete the exists file then it is ok. I already done it for my magento
