Magento 2 Restrict Order Extension by MageComp

When you start your Ecommerce store, you start getting orders from all of the places and regions. But there are some regions where you cannot deliver the products and want to restrict those customers or groups of customers from ordering. Maybe because the products you offer are banned to sell to these locations/regions or there are higher shipping rates or for other reasons you have to set up such shipping restrictions. However,in Magento default setting but there is no option to restrict orders from city or zip code.
