The extension allows to submit questions and answers directly on products' pages. There is ability for customers to see all questions instead of asking the same things personally. Customer can either click the Product QA tab or button "Add New Question".

Ability for visitors to ask questions and reply
Guests can also submit questions and answers if the necessary settings are enabled. You can also set "Captcha" to protect your store from spamming.
Admin has full control over editing Q/A
Admin can choose if questions and answers are approved automatically, or if they need manual moderation. Any question or answer can be edited. Administrator can add links, images, video to answers.
Administrators can also add their own questions and answers. Use any nick you want to imitate a customers question or reply.
Ability to subscribe to a question and receive answers by email
A person submitting a question can subscribe to the question. When a new approved answer is received the notification email will be sent. It is also possible to sign up for the newsletter before submitting the question. In this case the customer's email address is saved to Magento's newsletter database.
Sorting and searching, great modern sliding effects
Customers can sort out questions to have more answers, to have the most helpful answers, etc. It's an easy way to help customer to find necessary information. When they ask a new question or add a new reply AJAX is used. No page reloads. A sliding effect opens up additional forms directly under the list of questions. Also there is ability to search questions and answers by text.
