Bundle product with different price and vat

Hi,

I'd like to create a bundle product in magento to sell a book and an ebook together. My problem is the following: on the one hand the same book should have a different price when sold as bundle then when sold standalone. That could be solved using the fixed price for bundles. But then my problem is that the two products, book and ebook, have different vat in germany. Books have a vat of 19% where ebooks are digital and have a vat of 7%. Also I need to report the two different vat amounts individually, which is possible if I use dynamic prices in the bundled product.

Does anybody have an idea how I could solve that problem or knows an magento extension which makes this possible?

ps: I'm on Magento 1.9
