Social signals are the likes, shares, votes, pins, or views people place on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social media sites that filter out to the various search engines.
Social signals refer to a webpage's collective shares, likes and overall social media visibility as perceived by search engines. These activities contribute to a page's organic search ranking and are seen as another form of citation, similar to backlinks.
Social signals are interactions people have with your web page on social media platforms. The most popular sites being Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, etc.
By interactions, we mean signals we are all used to using. Such as likes, dislikes, shares, votes, pins, views, etc.
Social Signals are website's collective shares, likes, comments, tweets, DM, pins and various other social activities from overall social media presence on the web which contributes to increasing website ranking factor and several other website citations.
