Delete all orders, invoices, shipment and credit memo in Magento

If we have a lot of pending or canceled orders in Order grid, it is very difficult to manage because Magento default does not allow admin to delete them. Therefore, to make Order grid cleaner, we need to install an extension called Magento Delete Orders which can help us to remove unnecessary orders easily:

- Delete unwanted orders and other linked data such as invoices, shipment and credit memo. Orders can be removed one by one or all in all
