About SEO Effect

Hello Friends.
i have been monitoring my magento development service providing site, add good number of quality pages, make require on page changes, and build a good quality links as well. but why i dont see the effect yet, my ranking is on above 100 on many keywords, any suggestions, thanks in advance..

What 's your site? Are you doing the link building?

i think its work when you put accurate title meta but its for less competitive keywords, i think for high competitive keywords its hard to predict when we will get the ranking.
