Default Magento 2 Admin Action Log

Magento 2 admins can perform all the administrative actions in the online store and can make changes as per the requirement. If your online store is big enough, you may require to hire multiple admins and divide the administrative work amongst them.

In such cases, the store owners or super admin may require to keep track of all the actions performed by admins. However, this is not possible with the basic version of Magento 2. Therefore, Meetanshi has developed Magento 2 Admin Action Log extension to allow the store owners to keep track of all the admin action logs and revert the unnecessary ones.

Admin Action Log extension for Magento 2 by Meetanshi allows the store owners to easily keep an eye on the actions performed by admin users on their store. It provides a complete action log of the admin users, along with necessary information such as timestamp, IP address, and admin user name.

Moreover, the super admin can also monitor the active sessions of the admin users and can terminate or disable the user accounts.

Features of Meetanshi’s Magento 2 Admin Action Log Extension

    ● Automatically log all the admin actions in the Magento store.

    ● Set the number of days to automatically clear the admin action log after that.

    ● Select the objects that you want to log in to the action logs.

    ● Show a custom warning to the super admin while restoring the admin action changes.

    ● Get successful and unsuccessful login attempts notifications on email.

    ● Choose the email template for the email notifications.

    ● Lists all the admin action logs in the Magento 2 backend grid.

    ● Allows exporting the admin activity log in Magento 2 in an XML and CSV file format.

    ● Get complete information and restore the admin actions from the backend.

    ● Logs login attempts and page visit history in separate grids in the backend.

Take full control over the admin actions in your Magento 2 store using Meetanshi’s Magento 2 Admin Action Log extension.
