How to target 7 countries together in one site?

One of my client is asking to target 7 European countries together in one site? Countries include UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Turkey.

I am confused how to it.
Please help me with this?

It is gonna be tough to target 7 countries in one single site.
The best advice which I can give you is to tell your client to develop a separate site for specific country.

For an instant. www.abc.fr for France country.

I agree with Joylinford. There is 2 option. one explained by Joy and another is sub domain. You will create a sub domain of a specific country. Example

Your main site: www.magentoexpertforum.com
sub domain: uk.magentoexpertforum.com (If you are targeting UK)

The best way to rank a website in 7 countries is to create new domains with country specific website extension. If this is not possible then you can go for second option.

Make a list of keywords, which have high search volume for all specific country. Promote your website in the respective search engine by following their guidelines. Promote website by doing submission in the top ranking website.

I am not sure whether this technique will help or not. But I think it's better to create country specific domain den to promote the same website in all the search engines by following their guidelines.
