    your site will be blocked if you do so but there is a technique that might help
    use spinbot to change the contents of your site(meaning will remain same).

    Since you know duplicate content is the way you will penalize yourself so why would you attempt this?

    It's not a good idea. It creates the issue of duplicate content and will penalize your both websites

    if its of diff domain or from diff website companies then I guess that won't be an issue?
