Nofollow- Nofollow means to not pass the link juice for the particular link you have mentioned as nofollow in your website or your website link on someone one's website.
Noindex- It is used to state that the Google to not index that particular page in their search list. In simple, you have 10 pages in your website but one of them is not completed show hide that page from the searches, you can simply use noindex for that page but that page will be in your website. Or for example the Thank You Page.

Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes, it does not pass on link juice. Only humans will be able to follow the links.

Noindex means if you want that your webpage is not crawl by search engines then you can add a <meta name="robots" content="noindex" /> in your head section of webpage. so search engine will not crawl your webpage.
