Is this a free theme ? I have been buying some themes by a few envato members and they are really good . Youtheme is amazing to me and so is elemtor by rycreative. They are however not free.

Nice find on the link , but template monster too has a licence agreement , and falls under envato. Envato is one of the biggest scams in wordpress ever exploiting WordPress developers /imo. Their licence areements prohibit you from doing anything , even with a full licence you are not allowed to sell, get paid for work done or use a theme to make money , which is bloody dumb since hey sell ecommerce themes . In the case that you do, you cannot reach an agreement with the developer as they are bound by envato.
