Positive feedback increase the motivation of the company and reflect the strengths of the company but tackling with negative feedback showcase the problem solving and online reputation management skills of the company. Acknowledging the negative feedback and going in details of the problem to find the root cause is the main motive. This will increase the retention of the existing customers and thereby, will help in customer satisfaction.

Negative feedback is just an alarm to you what you did wrong and it's a good thing to have a negative feedback because it tells us where we are wrong and gives us a chance to improve.
    [QUOTE] How to handle it?]
If you did anything wrong then you have to correct that mistake for future clients and if you get too many negative feedbacks then there is an issue, actually, there should be to reasons of happening, first your service is not Good or secnd one is your competetor is doing this. So it is up to you first analyse where you are wrong if you do not get any issue regarding this then take a strong step against your competetors.

If you are a business person then you need to go through the line, why they are putting negative comments about your product. Find it and resolve.
