How to set up catalog price rule per store view in Magento 2

Like shopping cart price rule, default Magento cannot support setting up catalog price rule for store views of a website, but just allow admin to create these rule to be applied for the whole website. Therefore, admin need an extension called Catalog Price Rule per Store View for Magento 2 to set up catalog price rule for store view levels so that store owners can provide local customers different promotions for better business efficiency.
