As I read description of this module: it is integrated with Lazy Load, and I am wondering that is there any bug or problem from this integration?
    and does it affect SEO?

At first, Infinite Scroll for Magento 2 totally works well with Lazy Load.
About the problem that search bots cannot index lazy load images: you are no longer to face that issue. The reason is that Google have updated render JavaScript function, therefore, lazy load images are still indexed by Google. In addition, our Magento 2 Lazy Load Extension also supports Yahoo and Bing to index lazy load images.
Therefore, this module will never affect to your SEO.
