I have checked my backlinks, more than 50% of backlinks has not indexed in Google, please suggest me how to index all backlinks.

You can use ping submission for better indexing of your backlinks, apart from this you can use Google+ profile where you need to submit your created link one by one. Go to Google Search Console and click 'Use new Search Console'. Enter in the full URL at the top of the page of the link that you want indexing. You need to wait for a few hours and repeat steps one & two to see if your page has been indexed.
