    To increase customer service, beside allowing customers to choose order delivery date, you should increase your site loading time to bring better shopping experience. To do this, you can use Defer JavaScript for your site to defer JavaScript loading till the last moment after all HTML and CSS loading.
    This way really make your site perform better and better and customers do not have to wait so long for loading site and leads to abandon shopping cart.

    Our customers really like its features, especially they can choose date for receiving orders. We have gained more reputation since we installed this extension.

    UPDATE: More new functions for Magento 2 Order Delivery Date:
    - Support to choose delivery date when customers checkout with PayPal or Braintree
    - Enable to edit Delivery date in the backend
