    aheadWorks announces the first batch of Magento 2 extensions designed according to the new advanced principles of products development and support.

    The Follow Up Email for Magento 2 and Advanced Reports Magento 2 extension are now available in demo stores and ready for testing and reviewing.

    Follow up Email

    The main feature of the Follow Up Email Magento 2 extension is predefined follow up events covering most perspective customers’ actions most likely leading to conversions.

    By default the module includes next five events:
    • Abandoned Checkout;
    • Order Status Changed;
    • Customer Registration;
    • Last Customer Activity;
    • Customer Birthday.

    Each event contains one or several email templates to send follow up emails or email chains, if necessary. The appearance, sequence and schedule of the emails are also determined in the event sections.

    Email template Conditions allow to specify additional settings, which determine exact circumstances triggering email sending.

    Advanced Reports

    Advanced Reports is an advanced Reporting Magento 2 tool, which follows the common logic of sales analysis and other aspects of online business analyzing.
    In order to create seamless and straightforward investigation process the module smartly moves from one report to another and automatically changes the scope of provided data by time ranges.

    Totally, the Advanced Reports extension contains 6 types of reports:
    • Sales Overview;
    • Product Performance;
    • Sales by Category;
    • Sales by Coupon Code;
    • Sales by Payment Types;
    • Sales by Manufacturer.

    Additional settings allow Magento admins to select reported store views, determine custom date ranges or export data to CSV/XML formats.

    By default, the module takes into consideration only completed orders, but users are able to add any type of them and get extended data about online operations.
